Bosnian term or phrase: FOU [here]
I am translating a Bosnian discharge letter. Now, under diagnoses, I have:

FOU: angipathia hypertensive gr.1

I am thinking that FOU stands for "FUO, fever of unknown origin".

However, I'd like to hear from Bosnian medical colleagues to see if FOU perhaps stands for something else as well in Bosnian.

Thanks a lot!

That means that FOU is Fever of Unknown Origin and in local language you could see either Grip, virus neidentifikovan or (in Latin) Influenza, virus non identificatum
