(съветска!!!) титла си е пълна безсмислица, защото за да станеш PhD ти е необходима предварителната степен M.Eng (MSc) = инженер, която пък е предпоставка за PhD по инж. науки - малце нщ като "затворен кръг" . Нормално е да се укаже крайният резултат - PhD... Мъка, ама де факто е безсмислица... Но... доще време.
