Уточнението, което правите, е важно. :) В такъв случай най-вероятно става дума за диалектно значение (едно от многото) на "колтук" --> кожухарски инструмент, който при нас се нарича "кожухарска коса" или "нож за обезлешване" (fleshing knife).
