Правилата на чл.68 ЗЗД 1) При задължения за dare при предаване на определена движима вещ местоизпълнението се определя по местонахождението й при възникването на дълга. 2) Паричните задължения се изпълняват по местожителството на кредитора при изпълнението (задълженията са носими). Под местожителство по-скоро се разбира настоящият отколкото постоянния адрес на физическото лице.
