I'm doing a back translation of a questionnaire that was originally written in English, and I would like the opinion of native Bulgarian speakers about whether these lines are reasonably colloquial. For pain, at least, I usually see descriptors like "най-силна" or "най-тежка." This is the first time I've seen "максималната болка" or "максималната сухота."

I think the translator translated the original English phrase "maximum pain" as "максимална болка" which can be used in a questionnaire, however, in my opinion, "най-силна болка" would be more appropriate.
