Purchaser (or user) in the sense of buyer Explanation: Given the context you've mentioned, that it's the conditions, this would be my guess. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 1 day23 hrs (2013-09-30 13:51:54 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Yes, it does seem to imply that someone other than the buyer could be the owner of the pass (could be a child, or group who have had their passes bought, or part of a pack hotel/pass, etc). I understand that they are saying whoever that is, is considered the buyer. So even if they didn't actually purchase it, they are considered "buyer". Maybe you should request a little more context of this sentence to be sure. |

Acquirer with the meaning of/meaning Purchaser Explanation: I think it means they're referring to people who are hold a pass because they've bought it. Noun 1. acquirer - a person who acquires something (usually permanently) acquirer - a person who acquires something (usually permanently) http://www.thefreedictionary.com/acquirer -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 2 days9 hrs (2013-09-30 23:20:09 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Isn't purchaser a synonym for buyer? Another more natural sounding option: People holding passes which they have purchased. |
