egg yolks?

Explanation:
Not enough context. But a "ovell d'ou"is an egg yolk. "brik" normally refers to a "tetra-brik" or carton. Does that help?

More context would be useful in answering this question

\"Rovell d\'ou\" - that should read. I have heard of powdered egg, but never a carton of egg yolks. Puzzled.

agree  Veronica Lambert Hall: I agree with the translation, but whoever saw egg yolk in a carton?? Don't tell me it exists, please!! ;-)

-> Yes, it exists. It 's the yolk separated from the white and packaged, in order to save having to do the separating for recipes that require just the yolk. Could there be any other explanation for 'brik`?
