amb independència tècnica (in sentence) certain level of independence Explanation: ....this is what it seems to imply to me. They are independent to a point, but are ultimately reponsible. I would probably try to avoid "technical" in this context for the reasons you stated. If asked "Are they independent?" a reply of "Technically" would be understood instantly, but when you speak of "technical independence" in this context I don't immediately think of that sense. |
