Explanation: I think this probably means the student will have the right not only to a degree, but also to any other legally established practice associated with attending a University - such as the right to demand a "certificació de notes" or any other possible benefits, eg: the right to letters after your name, the right to join old boys networks, etc. As ususal, the legal boys go out of their way here to state what any GB University would leave unstated, because it would be considered to be implied. |
