Catalan term or phrase: fer goig
This is the name of a city beautification project it is "XXX, fer goig" where XX is the city name. It needs to be pretty catchy as it is the name of the whole campaign.

English translation:Looking Good
Explanation:
"fa goig" also means to look good, so another catchy phrase of the others found here, might be this one.

Good luck!

shining through

Explanation:
It means it irradiates good energy and it's beautiful. I'm not sure the term I used is the correct one, though. Let's wait for other answers. Good luck!

looking nice, beautiful, being a pleasure

Explanation:
that is the real meaning. The 'commercial' version will be up to the people, depending also on the name of the city.

-> Thanks Sheila, yes, I even thought perhaps "Looking Splendid"..but it doens´t really have the meaning of "goig" I think.

3 fer goig Causar satisfacció, ésser plaent, de mirar algú o alguna cosa per la seva ufana, bellesa, etc. Fa goig, la Rosa, amb aquest pentinat. Els camps fan goig de veure, tan verds!

I think the use of the infinitive form denotes an imperative meaning in this case, which is why I suggest "be beautiful". I guess another option would be to reinvent the slogan in English (presumably while at least maintaining "beautiful" or some synonym.

Sprucing up

Explanation:
"Spruce-up" emphasizes the fact that you have to put in the effort to get to look good, rather than possessing natural beauty. It perhaps indicates smartness rather than beauty. It's all about the context and the message you want to get accross.

Explanation:
Lucky man. "R" opens up the field.

RXXX restored to glory?
or simply
RXXX Restored!

or

RXXX Reestablished!

RXXX Refurbished! / Revived! / Refreshed!

You can see where I am going with this one! :-)
