Explanation:
They're Spanish abbreviations. The first is Commercial (business) the next is Derecho (Law)- then I'm not sure what Cuadr. is short for. The last word is of course Light (not heavy) - but without any context that could mean anything here!

Explanation:

As some of the other questions have to do with vehicles, bikes, etc... this could well be "cuadro ligero" i.e. "light frame".
What this has to do with "Comercial" or "Derecho" I cannot fathom.
