Here is the original sentence:

"Moltes d'aquestes preguntes aparegueren més o menys soterrades en diversos diàlegs al **** i no sempre amb la mateixa arrencada programàtica."

I'm a bit stuck on the use of "arrencada" here and its combination with "programatica".
