Qiantangjiang River Explanation: Just like 长江，normally as Changjiang River，rarely as Chang River. For proper names, full pinyin translation plus explanatory suffix may be a better option. A mere Qiantangjiang may just sounds fogging for foreigners, but Qiantang River may sound unfamiliar for local people not quite understanding English. |
