Yes, I agree. I must admit that I was limiting my search to various combinations with '屋顶' as I kept thinking of the relationship with roof... Now, everything seems solved, except that we need to find the right wording in English. :)

According to a reference provided by one of the answerers in the question on 贡式, 回顶 seems to be, like 贡式, referring to 厅 rather than roof (屋顶).

Hi Simin, I'm wondering whether this could be about 支撑的过程 at basements (http://bit.ly/15YVHJj , http://bit.ly/1ia1nCA) instead? Or else I'm guessing it might be 回教顶 (a domed shaped roof of a mosque). Perhaps more context would help.
