Okabayashi surgery & McBurney's incision Explanation: The original Wertheim operation for cancer of the cervix has been modified by Latzko, Okabayashi, Meigs and other gynecologist. The modified methods are called the extended Wertheim methods or the Latzko-Okabayashi-Meigs operation. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/7297937 I believe Latzko is 拉兹科, Okabayashi is 冈林 (Japanese) & Meigs is 梅格斯 As to麦氏手术. I am not so sure, probably, McBurney's incision. It is used in laparoscopic pelvic lymphadenectomy & appendectomy. Okabayashi and Meigs operation Explanation: Latzko, Okabayashi, Meigs Okabayashi H. Radical abdominal hysterectomy for cancer of the cervix uteri. Surg Gynecol Obstet 1921; 33:335-352. Meigs JV. The Wertheim operation for carcinoma of the cervix. Am J Obstet Gynecol 1945; 49:542-553. |
