Chinese term or phrase: 护盖头
if this is a large hydraulic attachment to attach to an excavator or bobcat, what job would you expect it to do? I'm more interested in what you might imagine its function to be than necessarily to find a perfect translation.
Google Images came up with nothing that seemed to be connected to hydraulic excavator attachments at all, so I'm wondering whether there has been a mistranslation or simply that Google Images is not working very well for this piece of equipment/term.

Many thanks to anyone who can answer, or even to say that it does not sound like a hydraulic attachment at all!

It seems to be a part for capping machines for bottles, jars, cans etc

I found reference to 护盖头数 on a Chinese website.
