Chinese term or phrase: 凤凰迷恋的地方
There's a county named 来凤 in China, literal meaning "came the phoenix". Now they want to publicize this county as a tourist town, so the challenge is to translate this "凤凰迷恋的地方" into English. I wonder if there's a better version other than "a place where phoenix lingers", "home" to phoenix.......

Phoenix Hotspot

Explanation:
Hotspot = a popular place

- a place that is popular, for example, for vacations or entertainment

- From Cambridge Dictionaries Online

“Hotspot” is a term getting increasingly popular in modern tourism promotions these days. It’s commonly known as something/some place that has inviting features for attention by English-speaking tourists. I borrow it here to refer to the phoenix as well.

Hope it is also short enough for a placard or banner.
