  -> Termin "veleprodajno" ne mora značiti "tvornička" cijena. Može jednostavno biti da je jedan auto-servis pružio određenu uslugu popravka nekom drugom auto servisu (oboje pravne a ne privatne osobe) i tada se za taj "popravak automobila" izdaje VP a ne MP.
