disagree  bonafide1313: there's no doubt whatsoever that the verdict is DATED april 19, 1946, there are no indications here to its effectiveness; as for "stup" standing for "stupila na snagu" (?!), a reference would be worth a million

  -> Dates of court verdict and date of the same becoming effective are two different dates, I don't see how can you be so sure "that there is no doubt that the verdict was made the indicated day, I am not about my answer, but abb "stup" associetes efectivity
