My only comment would be a) see Wikipedia link below (where else..!) and b) watch for word order - in my opinion, in English it is always preferable to put the noun last in these adjectival constructions - "The Ritz Hotel", not "Ritz Hotel". "company management structure", not "management structure of the company". This sounds a little better than "Code of Corporate Governance".

agree  Nick Saywell: Definitely code not codex and I would say that "corporate governance" is the overwhelmingly used collocation in business today. Also agree with comments about word order.
