Nakon isteka Trajanja Ponude Novi poslovni udjeli koje nisu preuzeli Članovi Društva koji su ih imali pravo steći bit će ponuđeni Članovima Društva koji su odlučili iskoristiti svoje pravo na stjecanje Novih poslovnih udjela pri izdavanju Novih poslovnih udjela („Sudjelujući članovi") i to razmjerno nominalnom iznosu poslovnog udjela svakog pojedinog Sudjelujućeg člana u odnosu na ukupan nominalni iznos poslovnih udjela svih Sudjelujućih članova te će takva ponuda biti upućena na isti način i s istim rokovima kao i inicijalna ponuda izdana u skladu s Člankom 5.1.
