English translation:The PA x-ray projection of the thoracic organs shows a well-inflated lung parenchyma
Explanation:
Hi! I can try to help you since I see no native Croatian offered help...

I am actually a native Slovenian speaker and, although a medical doctor, I am not extremely highly proficient in Croatian. :)

Anyway, from what I can tell, they are talking about a PA ( that's a type of projection) x-ray of the thoracic organs ( there is a mistake: grUdnih organa, not grAdnih). The lungs are well-inflated. The reports usually first state whether the patient has taken a deep enough breath to be able to display the lung parenchyma ( that is the lung substance) well enough to be able to conclude anything radiographically.

Basically, they are just saying that the x-ray was taken successfully, that lungs are seen well...

The posteroanterior/anteroposterior chest radiograph shows NAD (no appreciable disease) of the pulmonary parenchyma. or The posteroanterior chest radiograph shows clear pulmonary parenchyma.

-> PA chest x-ray( radiograph not so commonly used in Eng) would be best ( though not a literal translation), it is most commonly used; thanks for the suggestion

neutral  Milena Chkripeska: I wouldn't say that the term radiograph is not commonly used. http://depts.washington.edu/hivaids/oit/case2/fig1q.html
