The PA x-ray projection of the thoracic organs shows a well-inflated lung parenchyma Explanation: Hi! I can try to help you since I see no native Croatian offered help... I am actually a native Slovenian speaker and, although a medical doctor, I am not extremely highly proficient in Croatian. :) Anyway, from what I can tell, they are talking about a PA ( that's a type of projection) x-ray of the thoracic organs ( there is a mistake: grUdnih organa, not grAdnih). The lungs are well-inflated. The reports usually first state whether the patient has taken a deep enough breath to be able to display the lung parenchyma ( that is the lung substance) well enough to be able to conclude anything radiographically. Basically, they are just saying that the x-ray was taken successfully, that lungs are seen well... |
