Radi se o kaznenoj prijavi - criminal information ...
Ako je podnositelj informant, zanima me kako se zove druga strana odnosno PRIJAVLJENI...

Znači odv društvo podnosi kaznenu prijavu zbog kaznenog djela, još nije provedena istraga niti druge radnje.
Čitala sam UK Criminal Procedure Rules, rule 7.2 i vidim da oni razlikuju private prosecutor, prosecutor ... itd.

Znači ako neki informant private prosecutor - lays a criminal information - to the court - kako se zove ova druga strana. Tu vidim da ih zovu PROSECUTOR ili INFORMANT a ovu drugu stranu DEFENDANT...
