Sjednaná odměna
Za řádně vykonanou činnost náleží lektorovi odměna ve výši: dohodnuté objednávkou v emailu. Lektor je povinen předložit měsíční vyúčtování (přehled odučených hodin) vždy do 3. dne následujícího měsíce. Odměna bude vyplacena převodem na účet vždy do 30. dne následujícího měsíce na základě měsíčního vyúčtování.
Smlouva se uzavírá na dobu neurčitou

Lektor je povinen okamžitě informovat školu o veškerých změnách plánované výuky, které projedná s klientem.
Pokud se klient nedostaví ve stanovenou dobu na výuku, je lektor povinen setrvat na místě výuky nejméně 20 minut od jejího začátku. Po 20 minutách může lektor místo výuky opustit. Pokud student zruší výuku včas nutno uvést ve výkazu jako vzs-včas zrušeno studentem
Storno podmínky pro zrušení bez nároku na vyplacení odměny. V případě zrušení studentem kurzů v den výuky je hodina proplacena lektorovi v plné výší. V
Lektor je povinen dodržovat dobu naplánované výuky s 10-ti minutovým předstihem.
Domácí zvířata nejsou ve škole povolené
Pokud se lektor bez předchozí omluvy (min. 24 hodiny předem) nedostaví na místo výuky, odpadá mu tím nárok na odměnu za neodučené hodiny. Pokud výuku zruší v den kurzu, je lektor povinen tuto hodinu nahradit v nejbližším možném termínu bez nároku na odměnu. Tato skutečnost je nutná uvést ve výkazu značkou pzl-pozdě zrušeno lektorem
Lektor je povinen udržovat v učebnách pořádek
Obě smluvní strany mohou smlouvu vypovědět pouze písemnou formou ve lhůtě 1 měsíce bez udání důvodu. Pokud bude lektor porušovat závažným způsobem ustanovení této smlouvy, je škola oprávněna ukončit smlouvu okamžitě.
Vážným důvodem ukončení spolupráce je pokud lektor naváže osobní spolupráce se studenty
