Explanation:
Pavle since this is pretty much clear - table Latin - balance from late Latin - and both cognates are meaning the same (more or less) in both languages, I have no qualms with "otrocky" preklad like this... built-up area balance table might be more specific but that's not what's written. I would certainly get with the client too to make sure everybody is on the same page... I know it looks like my first day translating but if the engineers know "of what" - of built-up areas...than it's fine
