English translation:School Education Program
Explanation:
Tento termín používá OECD, viz "OECD Reviews of Evaluation and Assessment in Education: Czech Republic 2012". Je tam slovníček mnoha dalších pojmů z českého školství, které jsou využitelné, pokud chcete opravdu popsat český systém a nezaměňovat ho se systémy jiných zemí. Doporučuji!

school program

Explanation:
ŠVP má následující závazné části vycházející z RVP:
• identifikační údaje
• charakteristika školy
• charakteristika ŠVP
• učební plán
• učební osnovy
• hodnocení žáků a autoevaluace školy
http://cs.wikipedia.org/wiki/Školní_vzdělávací_program

So the ŠVP is specific to each school and the school may name this all-encompassing document as it wishes, e.g. “Co se v Mládí naučíš” http://www.zsmladi.cz/index.php?mact=News,cntnt01,default,0&...

neutral  Hannah Geiger (X): but that would be 'school educational program', no? Why leave out the very word that, as per your explanations, involves both teachers and students?

-> yes, we could stick "educational" in there, but this might not cover the required "charakteristika školy"

A curriculum may be partly or entirely determined by an external, authoritative body (e.g., the National Curriculum for England in English schools).
In the U.S., each state, with the individual school districts, establishes the curricula taught.[5] Each state, however, builds its curriculum with great participation of national[6]academic subject groups selected by the United States Department of Education, e.g. National Council of Teachers of Mathematics (NCTM)[7] for mathematical instruction. InAustralia each state's Education Department establishes curricula with plans for a National Curriculum in 2011. UNESCO's International Bureau of Education[8] has the primary mission of studying curricula and their implementation worldwide.
Curriculum[9] means two things: (i) the range of courses from which students choose what subject matters to study, and (ii) a specific learning program. In the latter case, the curriculum collectively describes the teaching, learning, and assessment materials available for a given course of study.

agree  Charles Stanford: I'd stick a "national" in there //The ŠVP/RVP look pretty "national" to me. Needs to make clear that it is not just that one school's curriculum - any school can have their own curriculum...The ŠVP has been "sent down from on high" by the MŠMT

-> I know that the UK has a National Curriculum, to be honest with you, I do not know about the Czechs. During communism, yes, but now...I would have to check. ad 2) I get what you mean, thanks

neutral  Stuart Hoskins: The “curriculum” (učební plan/učební osnovy) is only part of the ŠVP.

-> in my experience, the school ID and its characteristics etc. comes with the curriculum booklet, which may be many, many pages
