Czech term or phrase: Číselník
Anyone out there who is a forestry expert?

Číselník ke doklad výroby, který obsahuje minimálně údaje o těženém dříví, tj. o dřevině, jejím rozměru, objemu a porostu, kde byla těžba provedena

I have found the term 'tally of logs', but I think that is 'soupis porostů', or are they the same thing?

exploitation survey (book)

Explanation:
Tally of logs is "soupis porostů", i.e. trees growing in the wood. But You are looking for a survey of cut down trees.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Yes - I found this one as well, but what is the difference between this one and 'soupis porostů'?
