Here is a definition:
zachraňovací náklady, které pojistník, pojištěný
nebo jiná osoba:
a) vynaložila na odvrácení vzniku bezprostředně hrozící
pojistné události, maximálně však 10% ze sjednané
pojistné částky pro předmět pojištění, na který byly tyto
náklady vynaloženy;
b) vynaložila na zmírnění následků již nastalé pojistné
události, maximálně však 10% ze sjednané pojistné
částky pro předmět pojištění, na který byly tyto náklady
vynaloženy;
c) byla povinna vynaložit z hygienických, ekologických či
bezpečnostních důvodů při odklízení pojistnou událostí
poškozeného majetku nebo jeho zbytků, včetně náhrady
škody, kterou při této činnosti utrpěla, maximálně
však 20% ze sjednané pojistné částky pro předmět
pojištění, na který byly tyto náklady vynaloženy
