English translation:low-density polyethylene (LDPE) plastic bag
Explanation:
In Czech shops, they’re usually LDPE (as opposed to high-density polyethylene - HDPE) bags.
See, for example, http://www.usplastic.com/catalog/item.aspx?itemid=24110&cati...

Plainly speaking, though, I’d call them “ultra-thin plastic bags”

agree  Martin Janda: As long as there is a need to differentiate between these multiple sorts of plastic bags. Otherwise, I guess a simple 'plastic bag' will do it.

neutral  rosim: OK to use the abbr. but Mikroten (by Granitol) is HDPE (= vysokotlaký nebo vysokohustotní)

Explanation:
Mikroten is a registered trademark, like Kodak, Microsoft etc. so it should be used, I think
