Czech term or phrase: kolabuje s respirací
Kolem levostranných srdečních oddílů bez separace. [VCI?] nedilat 16mm, *kolabuje s respirací* o více než 50

There's an acronym which is too faint to be fully legible, but perhaps it means the vena cava inferior. At the end, there's a number that could be 50, but the second digit is very faint, and I can't tell whether it's a percentage.
How would "kolabuje s respirací" be expressed in English?
