L5 dermatome
Explanation:
I believe that "hypestezie na lýtku autodermo L5" refers to "hypo-aeshesia on the calf in the L5 dermatome". I am not sure at all where does the preposition "auto-" come from. Most definitely does not have anything to do with the adjective "autodermal" (that concerns skin grafts).

Thank you. Judging by the context, it has to be 'dermatome'.
I think I've seen this word 'autodermo' once or twice before in contexts where it didn't seem to make sense.

Could it possibly be auto-dermatomes?

Asker: Thanks, you've given me something to think about with 'auto-dermatomes' and 'dermatomes'. As there are practically no examples of 'auto-dermatomes' in English, I'm beginning to wonder whether they are simply 'dermatomes'.
