Demerol, Phenergan, Thorazine Explanation: A vaccine is unlikely here, and it is possible that the above combination, a 'lytic cocktail' is used as sedative. In a case like this, I would suggest to leave the DTP as is, in the hopes that the specialist looking at the translation would know. And leave a note to that effect.
