Czech term or phrase: Nedonošení
Beta blokátory obecně snižují perfúzi placenty, což může zapříčinit intrauterinní úmrtí plodu, nedonošení nebo předčasný porod.

What, specifically, is the difference between 'nedonošení' and 'předčasný porod'? Is 'nedonošení' a synonym for miscarriage or stillbirth? Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

premature (infant)

Explanation:
Termín nedonošení se vztahuje k narozenému dítěti, nikoli k porodu. To vypadá na zmatek zdrojového textu.

disagree  Andrea Dvorska: Stillbirth je porod mrtveho miminka..., je videt, ze se tu pletou pojmy...skoda. Strucne: Miscarriage - samovolny potrat (mrtvy plod), miscarry - potratit. Nedonoseni - nevyvinuti/nezralost ziveho novorozence.Podle stupne nedonoseni se posuzuje spec. pece
