Czech term or phrase: náhodná trombocytopenie
Pravděpodobnost, že pacientka trpí ITP víc než náhodnou trombocytopenií, vzrůstá, pokud počet destiček dále klesá, i když není specificky stanoven počet destiček, pod který je možno náhodnou trombocytopenii jednoznačně vyloučit.

náhodná - does this mean 'idiopathic', 'without any obvious triggering cause'?
Would you use 'essential' here? I haven't seen any other examples of 'náhodný' used in the medical sense of 'essential'.
