(plasma) concentration
Explanation:
Strong CYP3A4 inhibitors such as ketoconazole may increase sunitinib (SUTENT) plasma concentrations. A dose reduction for SUTENT to a minimum of 37.5 mg daily should be considered if SUTENT must be coadministered with a strong CYP3A4 inhibitor.

biologický poločas = half life

Explanation:
Doing a little bit of research on medical abbreviations I would go for 'half life', as explained on wikipedia (see link attached).

Half life - time it takes for a substance (drug, radioactive nuclide, or other) to lose half of its pharmacologic, physiologic, or radiologic activity, as per the MeSH definition. In a medical context, half-life may also describe the time it takes for the blood plasma concentration of a substance to halve ("plasma half-life") its steady-state.
