cadastral is the official term, and cadastral maps do exist... It would depend on the context - if it refers to the czech republic then you would have to use the official english title of the katastralni urad. http://www.cuzk.cz. If it's english then it would be the ordnance survey map, if it was american it would by USGS survey map (US Geographical Society) - perhaps survey map would be the most general
