Danish term or phrase: Ført i afg. som frafl. til Sverige, afm. af værten
This is from a the membership record of an unknown organization (dating from the 1930s through the 1960s). This phrase is a footnote to a change of address provided. I assume that "frafl." is "fraflytning" but "afg." and "afm." I'm uncertain of.

Can anyone help?

Thanks!
