English translation: elderflower infusion

Cooking / Culinary / dialect term for ´saft´ ? or flower clusters? from Lolland-Falster
Danish term or phrase: blost
This is a title: Hyldesaft - blost

My context is a recipe for what I would call elderflower cordial in English.
(Non-alcoholic, so not elderflower wine)

It says basically:
Gather the flowers, pour boiling water over, infuse with lemon, sugar and citric acid.

I have found ´blost´ (blåst) as an alternative form of ´bloster´ in Jyske Ordbog, but this is not quite the same thing.

The recipe is in a book about Lolland-Falster, but I have seen similar recipes from Sønderjylland and other parts of Jylland, and there are sure to be variants from all over the country.

I'm short of time, and I may simply have to leave the 'blost' untranslated, but I could add it later at the final proofing, so any suggestions for an English equivalent will be much appreciated!

Thanks for all the interesting references!
However, infusion seems to be a drink made from the dried flowers, and not a cordial, which is what 'blost' seems to be.
This rather confirmed my idea that there is no equivalent dialect expression i English that works, so I am leaving it simply as 'elderflower cordial'.
There were plenty of other opportunities to add 'colour' in the text, so I hope the client does not feel to much was lost in translation.
But thanks for going to such trouble!

Jeg tænker på, om det måske kan være en stavefejl, så der skal stå blomst? Man laver jo saft af hyldeblomster

Asker: Tak for forslaget! Men den skal være god nok. En kollegas mand husker, at det hed det, da han var barn. Jeg tror, jeg har fundet et par andre steder, hvor selve saften, der er lavet af blomster mm, kaldes blost. Jeg har ikke haft fat i min egen husbonde endnu - det kan være, han husker det fra sin jyske barndom. Jeg kender bare ikke til noget tilsvarende på engelsk, og så må jeg 'farve' teksten på anden vis.
