tolerance in use/usage
Explanation:
"Brugstolerance" can be literally translated to "Use tolerance", but that doesn't sound right at all in English, which is why I propose "tolerance in use (or usage)"

maintenance tolerance

Explanation:
'Ved brugstolerance forstås den største tilladelige plus eller minusafvigelse mellem vejeresultatet og den sande masse af den vejede last. Brugstolerancen er gældende i tidsrummet mellem verifikationerne', cf. § 4, stk. 3 in https://onlaw.dk/bekendtgørelse/bek-nr-585-af-11-06-1987.

At https://www.nist.gov/system/files/documents/pml/wmd/pubs/201... I found 'G-T.2. Maintenance Tolerances. – Maintenance tolerances shall apply to equipment in actual use, except as
provided in G-T.1. Acceptance Tolerances'. This is an American document and the term does not seem to have the same meaning in the UK.

I'm not specialised in technical matters, but hopefully this helps a bit.

actual-process tolerance (number)

Explanation:
- as opposed to the value when calibrated.

Example sentence(s):
  • You may have heard that a particular precision measuring tool has a certain tolerance number. --- Tolerance can be defined as the total *allowable* amount by which a measurement may vary.
  • For a process instrument, it is good practice to have the calibration tolerance a bit tighter than the actual process requirement.
