company-linked / business-linked approaches
Explanation:
Company-linked / business-linked approaches

On the surface, this is a long way from the original, but the word 'redskab' is used metaphorically. It probably means a measure or approach to a problem (and definitely not the mechanical or software type of implement).

'Virksomhedsnær' is also an expression that depends very much on context - what kind of 'virksomhed' (business/operation/compoany) are you 'close' to?

There is a lot of discussion in the news etc. about the schemes (often called 'tilbud' in Danish administration-speak!) involving actual work experience or contact with real workplaces being the most successful in getting the unemployed back to work.

So what is meant is getting the person being 'activated' into close contact with real workplaces, and in practice this involves active collaboration from teh workplaces, so that is why I call it 'linked'.

'The activating scheme should combine work-linked / work-associated / methods as well as actual training /education'

('Uddannelse' as part of an activation scheme is on the whole more work-related than it used to be, but often is is still theoretical and school/college based.)

or workplace-linked / workplace-associated ...

... or rephrase and write 'schemes involving contact with workplaces', but at some point it might get too free!

I don't think this needbe translated literally here. Of course, it could also be "company related".
