Not exactly slang. But then again 'spiseseddel' is not considered to be slang, I think (since there is no other alternative in Danish, i.e. no other words for this as far as I know).

We used to call it an A-board in the shop where I worked, but it depends on whether it is standing upright on the pavement or attached to the wall.
