Law/Patents - Law: Contract(s)
Danish term or phrase: Fagområdet Anlæg, Design og Udførelse
This appears in a framework agreement between a developer and consultant.
The Agreement is largely based on ABR 18.

This term is used several times and refers to the specific area in which the consultant is to provide consultancy in a project that is related to metro and light rail construction / operation.

My question is whether there is an established equivalent for this in English, and if not, what might be the best way to phrase this in English?

Some context:

Explanation:
Plant, machinery & equipment is a hallowed accountancy and tax term, whilkst plant and facilities in the web ref. don't work here.

It seems rather odd timing to predate design and implementation with the construction or engineering phase whilst the weasel-word of Anlæg could - in this context -even be a synonym of planlægning cf. Bailey and Winterberg & Bodelsen (13) dictionary entries. not to mention the number of my own glossary entries.
