Danish to English translations [PRO]
Bus/Financial - Law: Taxation & Customs
Danish term or phrase: indhandlingstræk
From an agreement made in Greenland between the Self Government and a slaughterhouse company: "Ved indhandlingstræk har Naalakkersuisut 1. prioritet."

I found this at http://tinyurl.com/cbbym6g:

"Forskudsregistering for 2013
Tiden er inde til at udfylde forskudsskema, så du kan få et korrekt skattekort for 2013.
...
Personer som skal indsende forskudsskema for 2013 gælder især skatteydere som har:
 B-indkomst, som overstiger det skattefrie beløb for B-indkomst, eller
 Ligningsmæssige fradrag, som overstiger standardfradraget.
 Erhvervsdrivende, hvor der skal beregnes B-skatter eller indhandlingstræk"

"Indhandling" (i.e., sales to a trading post or commercial enterprise) is listed among the types of income from business activity to be reported on the related form.

sales tax on catch

Explanation:
This is guessing but makes sense: "Indhandling" is the selling of caught fish, prawns, seal etc. . to the manufacturing companies. I believe it is an expression which is primarily used in Greenland (e.g http://www.royalgreenland.gl/da/Afdelinger/Kommunikation/Kom...
"Træk", I suppose, is the tax, you pay up front as in the word "Trækprocent".
It seems to be a special Greenlandic tax, on the same line as B-tax.
