muddling through Explanation: Gyldendals suggests ´just muddling through´ or haphazardly Maybe taking things as they come My first thought was the old expression ´succeeded more by luck than good management´ -- which gives some hits, but I am not sure how it would sound in your context. Getting by the best you can - ´bedste beskub´ has several shades of meaning, and there are lots of expressions to cover it. (Seems to describe this last week for me - plans or no plans!) |
