First it says that the purchaser is fully responsible using the product properly. Then it says "sælger er DERFOR ikke ansvarlig..." I think the use of "derfor" would indicate that, basically, if the purchaser does not use the measuring instrument properly, he will have to remedy any failure at own expense. At least that is how I understand it.
