I cannot imagine this is anything but an undecipherable (at least to me) typo, but perhaps I'm wrong. In a supplement to a residential lease agreement:

"Depositum kan ikke boes op,"

The comma is in the source and nothing follows this strange construction in this section of the supplement, which deals with deposits and prepaid rent.

Explanation:
Another answer based on a past KudoZ question.

The (mis-)spelling of boes would connote a swallowing up of the depost in an insolvency scenario or common Transatlantic 'racket'

BTW, in the UK, we say indecipherable and not undecipherable.
