Dutch term or phrase: Waarderend Auditen
here's a description of what it is; http://www.certificatieindezorg.nl/isovoordezorg/waarderend_...
Is there an English term for this, or should it just be described along the lines of 'Auditing with Positive Feedback' or something?

Thanks in advance!

@Richard: "appreciative auditing" indeed seems to be a Dutch 'invention', but to me it doesn't sound more non-idiomatic than "Appreciative Inquiry" which is a widely known approach to organisational development and in fact seems to have inspired the appreciative auditing approach.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Thanks for the suggestion Kitty, and there may not be a better one but all the Google hits with this seem to lead back to NL sites! It sounds pretty weird and non-idiomatic tbh.
