Dutch to English translations [PRO]
Bus/Financial - Accounting / Company Annual Statement

Aantal deelnemers, gewezen deelnemers, pensioensgerechtigden, fluitgerechtigden.

Alvast bedankt!

early retirees
Explanation:
FLUIT is an early retirement scheme. It gets hardly any hits in this context, which suggests it may be particular to one employer or pension provider, and UIT may mean "out of the company".

Pensions
Crown Van Gelder is a member of the De Eendragt Pension Fund, which is a company pension fund as referred to in Section 2(1)b of the Pension and Saving Funds Act. This pension fund administers the pension scheme for the company’s employees. Pension claims are based on 65% of a weighed average salary. Employees pay 4.9% of pensionable salary, which equals the annual income minus an offset based on the state old age pension (AOW).
The pension arrangement supports a flexible early retirement pension scheme (FLUIT) based upon 75% of final pay at the age of 62 until 65 years. The past-service pension liabilities of this FLUIT pension scheme are accrued for over a period of ten years, ending 2004. Total pension costs, including the FLUIT pension scheme, will on average amount to 25.5% of pensionable salaries.
