TBBS/TNO security system(s) (see explanation) Explanation: TBBS and TNO are companies specializing in security systems. These are links to their websites: http://www.tb-bs.nl/ and http://www.tb-bs.nl/. I would therefore deduce that there is a requirement for the vehicle to be fitted with one or other of these security systems, presumably as antitheft devices. |

TBBS and TNO Explanation: Funnily, the answer can be put together from the other answer and the reference given as follows. This all means that these are NOT devices to be installed but parts of a circle of organizations that have the legal right to approve of security systems installed on vehicles. Thus they need not be translated, but the originals of the acronyms may be given as explanation in brackets - TBBS: Bureau voor Schadepreventie, SCM: Stichting Certificering Motorrijtuigbeveiliging, TNO: Toegepast Natuurwetenschappelijk Onderzoek - or in the required language (Polish, in this case). Unfortunately, Dutch acronyms have passed undetected under the radar of the otherwise brilliant Free Dictionary, so such stuff is difficult to find there.
