Contract fee Explanation: Een uitkoopsom is zoiets als een gage. Het verschil is dat gages aan loonbelasting en premies volksverzekeringen onderhevig zijn (inhouding door de betaler) terwijl een uitkoopsom een aanneemsom is, dus geen inkomen maar omzet in fiscale zin. Een uitkoopsom kan alleen gevraagd worden als het gezelschap of haar vertegenwoordiger beschikt over een geldige Inhoudingsplichtigenverklaring c.q. alle individuele artiesten beschikken over een geldige Verklaring Arbeidsrelatie VAR-WUO.
